Cancellation & Refund Policy

A refund is the procedure initiated when a customer experiences technical issues with the EDUMAN app/website, does not receive the promised resources or services, or mistakenly purchases the wrong service. To ensure authenticity, refund requests undergo a verification process.

How to Request a Refund

If you have made a payment for one or multiple services, you can request a refund within 7 to 10 working days from the payment date. Follow these steps to request a refund using a computer:

Refund Process and Notifications

Once you submit a refund request, your enrolled service will be temporarily suspended. EDUMAN will notify you via SMS within 15 working days of receiving the request to inform you if it has been accepted. If your refund request is approved, you will be unenrolled from the service, and your progress will be reset. If you choose to repurchase the service, you must start from the beginning.

Please allow up to 15 working days for the refunded funds to be credited back to your account. If this period exceeds 60 working days, please contact us at +88 0967 8221191 (9 AM - 5 PM).

Once the refund has been processed, a confirmation email/SMS will be sent to your registered email address/phone number.
